Thank You for choosing Dr. Buhler and Dr. Iverson!  Our primary mission is to deliver the best and most comprehensive dental care available. An important part of this mission is making the cost of optimal care as easy and manageable for our patients as possible by offering several payment options.

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

 

You can choose from:

 

-         Visa

-         Mastercard

-         Cash or Check

 

                  We offer a 10% courtesy discount to patients who pay for their treatment with

                  cash upon completion of care on the day of their appointment.

 

-         NO INTEREST PAYMENT PLANS from CARE CREDIT

                 

                  - Allows you to pay over time with no interest (3, 6, or 12 month options)

                  - Convenient, low monthly payment plans also available

                  - No annual fees or pre-payment penalties

 

Please note:

 

Dr.'s Buhler and Iverson require payment upon completion of your treatment.

 

For patients with dental insurance, we are happy to work with your carrier to maximize your benefits and directly bill them for reimbursement for your treatment. Out of pocket expense is expected to be paid at completion of treatment.

 

A fee of $80.00 is charged for patients who miss or cancel an appointment without a 24 hour notice. Exceptions are made in emergency situations.

 

Dr.'s Buhler and Iverson charge $25.00 for returned checks.
